The advantages are convincing:
In the first production stage, all components are double-vacuum pressure impregnated: A pre-vacuum is created in the impregnation tank, then the impregnation tank is filled with highly active impregnating fluid, which is forced deep into the open pores at a positive pressure of 1 to 2 bar. As a result, the active substances are bound inside the wood and are active throughout the entire service life.
After this basic impregnation, the elements then pass through three production stages in a flood tunnel, in which an environmentally-friendly impregnation solution in the particular colour is applied to the entire surface.
After each production stage the elements travel through a climatic chamber, which ensures uniform, gentle intermediate drying.
The results are convincing: perfect wood protection and lasting superb appearance!
